American Legion Riders - Florida Post 81
American Legion Riders - Florida Post 81
Our Mission
We are a motorized support group of the American Legion Post 81 and our goal is to provide service and support to veterans of the U.S. Armed Services.
Legion Riders of Post 81
We are Veterans, Spouses of Veterans, and Sons of Veterans who are motorcycle riders and ride to support our military and veterans. We, as American Legion Members, Auxiliary Members and SAL members, support American Legion Post 81 and also many other Veteran programs in the area.
Membership on the Legion Riders is restricted to members of the American Legion, Auxiliary and SAL. If you are a Veteran and are interested in the American Legion and Legion Riders, contact us and we will be happy to assist you in the application process.
American Legion Riders (ALR) is a veterans service organization and is not a "Motorcycle Club" (MC). We claim no territory or turf. We just ride to serve the Vets.
There are currently about 160 members of our local organization. We ride Harleys, metrics, and there is a scooter or two. We ride on two and sometimes three wheels with a sidecar thrown in here or there. What you ride is not important.
